Adam Rodman
Adam Rodman founded Segra Capital in 2013 believing that the institutionalization of the hedge fund industry was leading most firms to focus on too narrow of an opportunity set. Outsized (and uncorrelated) returns are found where others aren’t looking. The market crowding caused by benchmarking, volatility and liquidity constraints and shortened investment timelines, creates enormous opportunity for capital that is not bound by those parameters. Segra Capital aims to be that source of capital in unique investments globally.
Before founding Segra Capital, Rodman was a partner and senior analyst at Corriente Advisors, a Fort Worth, TX based manager of hedge funds founded by Mark L. Hart III. At Corriente, Rodman specialized in emerging market and commodity-related cross-asset investments. Rodman started his career at Bank of America in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division after graduating from Amherst College with a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude.

Arthur Hyde
Prior to joining Segra Capital in 2014, Hyde held several roles in J.P. Morgan Chase & Co’s Investment Banking Division. The majority of his time was spent focused on the fixed income and credit markets, including roles in Derivative Structuring, Debt Capital Markets and as a credit analyst covering municipal and non-profit clients. Hyde’s background in fixed income and credit complemented Rodman’s equity and emerging markets experience, allowing the firm to look across asset classes and regions to find unique and overlooked opportunities.
Hyde Co-manages all of firm’s investments and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s Nuclear Power and Fuel Cycle thesis. Hyde is a contributing member of the World Nuclear Association and sits on several drafting sub-committees for the World Nuclear Fuel Report. He is a member of the American Nuclear Society and is also an Advisory Committee Member of the Nuclear Innovation Alliance. Mr. Hyde graduated with a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College and is CFA® charter holder.

Mike Fabiano
Mike Fabiano, CPA, joined Segra Capital at its inception as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He worked with Adam Rodman at Corriente Advisors and always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit, so it was a natural fit to join the firm. Fabiano was head of investor relations, senior accountant and middle office support at Corriente. Fabiano began his career at Deloitte where he serviced financial services and real estate clients. He graduated with a Masters and BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

John Katsingris
John Katsingris joined Segra Capital to focus on idea generation, financial modeling, and ongoing diligence across the firm’s public and private investments. He plays a key role in evaluating new opportunities, maintaining coverage on portfolio companies, and building relationships with management teams – both within the current portfolio and across prospective opportunities in the broader energy and industrials sectors.
Prior to joining Segra, Katsingris was an Assistant Vice President in Equity Research at Wedbush Securities, where he covered the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. He began his career at Wedbush as an Associate before earning successive promotions based on his analytical work and industry insights.
He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, with a concentration in Finance.

Tim Pisinski
Tim joined Segra in 2024 as an Operations Analyst, working directly under the CFO in a role that bridges both front and back-office functions. He focuses on optimizing workflows and analyzing complex datasets to support investment decision-making.
Prior to Segra, Tim was an Assistant Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Boston, where he oversaw Fund Accounting within the Securities Services division. He also spent time in Sydney, Australia, consulting on-site with multiple Fund Accounting teams. Tim holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University.
